Club Membership

What is Club Membership?

Club Membership is a paid service that offers you some extra benefits.  As well as a few extra features, you are automatically entitled to join any Official cup for free.

Do I need Club Membership to succeed? Will I be at a disadvantage without it?

No, there are plenty of teams out there in top divisions that don't have club membership.  Some of the features that membership offers make things a little bit easier but the most useful aspects are all things you can do by hand just takes a little longer.

What does club membership give you?

Badge Editor

This allows you to create a badge.  This badge is displayed in several places including:

- On your team page
- On any post in the forums / guestbook / message boards
- On the opening of a match in 3D

Free Official cups

As a club member you can join all Official cups for free.   You will still need to use credits for Friendly leagues / cups.

Shirt Editor

With club membership you get a bigger selection of Jerseys to choose from. All the shirts marked with "C" are shirts available to club members only.

WAP service

Offers club members the ability to check the status of their team via a mobile phone.

[fab] Ive not been able to successfully use it.

Additional player stats

Offers you additional player stats.

Transfer History

This gives you a more detailed view of transfer history.   You can view the transfer history of other teams with the same amount of details.  Transfer statistics (top part of the transfer page)  can only be seen by the player that owns the team.

Transfer Monitor

Transfer monitor is a feature that enables you to keep track of a player in the transfer market and gives you a summary docked to the left on every screen.  This could be a player that you are looking to buy or sell.

Note that the player monitor side screen does not show both players you are interested on bidding and players you are selling at the same time.  You need to press "Place bid" banner to view the players you are looking to bid on or "Sell" banner to view the players you wish to sell.  Both screen show the current bid and the deadline time.  The "Place bid" screen also enables you to directly place a bid on a player.

This feature can be turned on or off from the Office->Transfers->Monitoring screen.

Player notes

Player notes allows you to make notes on a player including allows you to put a flag against their skills.  The flags appear on all screen where full player details are displayed including Tactics and the Player list (not the Alt view player list though).  One popular use of the flag is to mark the skills that a player is capped in.  The textual player notes are handy for putting training notes.  They only appear in the detail screen of the player.

Saving tactics

This offers you the ability to export your tactics as XML.  This allows you to copy the XML and save it in a file (using cut and paste).  Its ideal also if you want to swap some tactics around.  Maybe you want to move tactic A to tactic B , all you need to do here is:

- Select Tactic A
- Press XML Tactics
- Press Export
- Click into the XML screen and press "ctrl A" (selects all the text)
- Press "ctrl C" (cut)
- Select Tactic B
- Press XML Tactics
- Click into the XML screen
- Press "ctrl V" (paste)
- Press Import

That will have copied your Tactic A into Tactic B.
